Here’s your chance to be part of something big. Really big.
I won’t lie to you… I mean, I’ll try not to lie to you. Sometimes it’s just so easy…
I’m writing this blog so that you can get to know me. You know, find out what I like and don’t like and believe and don’t believe.

I don’t believe in Martians… let’s get that out of the way right now.
So, why would I expose myself to you? Why should I bare my soul to you, a perfect stranger?
I won’t lie to you (if you think I will, refer to Line 2, above).
Here goes. Deep breath: I want you to read my book, DROPPINGTON PLACE. There, I said it. I wrote it for all to see. Now it’s part of the World Wide Web. Wow.
You see, it’s kind of an easy picture. You read this blog and you think, dude, this Phineas Caswell isn’t too bad – he won’t lie to me. Then you read my book, DROPPINGTON PLACE.
I don’t mean to digress, but you download the book FOR FREE… did I mention it was free? If I didn’t, I just did. Free. Gratis. Not a penny shall you pay. See?

Easy. F-R-E-E that spells easy.
New, here’s your chance to be part of something really big. Really big:
Tell your friends to read the book, too. Point ‘em to this page if you have to, make them… no, strike that… suggest that they read this blog, so they’ll know I’m not lying to them.
If you do your job well, and if your friends read this blog and tell their friends, and they all do their jobs well, we – you, your friends, your friends’ friends, and their friends and families, and I will all be part of a MAJOR MOTION PICTURE!
Think about your role in making a MAJOR MOTION PICTURE… how great would it be if you and I joined forces to make it happen. It could! It totally could!
Here's how it works: the starving writer pens a novel (honestly, I didn’t get enough lunch – I’m starving!), millions of wonderful readers (that’s where you and your friends come in) read it. The publisher says “Say, who is this starving writer and how can I make his book, DROPPINGTON PLACE, famous? How about a MAJOR MOTION PICTURE?”
That is totally how it works. There may be a couple of details I forgot, but that’s pretty much how it goes.

So, let’s get started today, shall we? Click on this link, look over my page, and then, you know, download for free, read, convince friends, blah-blah-blah, MAJOR MOTION PICTURE!

Now there’s something you can tell your grandkids when they watch that old Droppington Place move. Did I ever tell you about the time I helped make that movie?
Please don't tell the Martians I don't believe in them...
